Trocaire Awards
The Trocaire (pronounced Trocara) Award, seeks to recognise students who exhibit a willingness to work in the spirit of their House for other members of the Padua College community or for the broader community in general. The word Trocaire is taken from the Irish and means compassion. Nominations for these awards come from House Co-ordinators. We congratulate the following Trocaire award winners:
Liam Vermeer, Year 7 Frayne
Liam has adjusted well to the online learning platform. Not only is he present for all online virtual classes, but he is asking questions, adding reflections, completing work and he even cooked Anzac Day cookies to share!

Adriana Rapisarda, Yr 12 Bernard
For showing leadership whilst remote learning is taking place, including helping Mrs Barnhoorn set up the Bernard classroom page. Adriana is aiming to keep Bernard House students connected and able to contact the House leaders easily whilst off campus.
