Zoning Information

Padua College has designated campuses for junior (Year 7-9) and senior (Year 10-12) students living on the Morning Peninsula in the parishes of Mt Eliza, Mornington, Western Port, Dromana, Rosebud and Sorrento. Applications from outside of this area will not be accepted.

Zoning is based on the residential address and is critical for the appropriate planning of facilities at campuses of the College and for transport arrangements according to the State Government Conveyance Directives. Campus Allocation

All students begin their Padua journey at the Year 7-9 Campus closest to their home, then move to the Mornington Senior Campus for Years 10-12. Places at each campus are allocated by the College according to where you live.

Mornington Campus: Students who reside in Mornington, Mt Martha and Mt Eliza (southwest of Humphries Road) are eligible to apply to the Mornington Campus.

Rosebud Campus: Students who reside in Safety Beach (south of Ellerina Road) through to Portsea and across to Cape Schanck, Red Hill, and Flinders are eligible to apply to the Rosebud Campus.

Tyabb Campus: Students who reside in Somerville, Moorooduc, Tyabb, Hastings, Crib Point, Somers, Bittern, Merricks, Balnarring and Pt Leo are eligible to apply to the Tyabb Campus.

When should I enrol my child?

Year 7 enrolment takes place when your child is in Grade 5 however, late applications will be considered if places are available. If your child is currently in Grade 5, we encourage you to submit an online enrolment application now for 2026.

Online Enrolments for Year 7 2026 at Padua College (children in Grade 5 2024) open Thursday 1 February 2024.

Prospective families are invited to visit their nearest Junior Campus on a school tour to get a sense of the culture, community, environment, and opportunities that an education at Padua College offers.

Enrolment applications for Year 7, 2026 close Friday 10 May 2024.


Year 7 2025

Online Enrolments for Year 7 2025 at Padua College (children in Grade 6 2024) closed on Friday 13 May 2022. If you would like your child to be considered for a late enrolment, please Apply Online

Enrolment in Years 8-12

Enrolment of students in Years 8-12 is dependent on the availability of places and is at the Principal’s discretion. Please attach a cover letter to your online application outlining your reasons for choosing Padua College, or email your cover letter to enrolments@padua.vic.edu.au.

  • The Online Application will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
  • You will be able to save the Application at any stage and return to it later.
  • You will need to create an account.
  • One Application per student is required.
  • Necessary supporting documentation (PDF files only) to be uploaded online are:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptism Certificate, if applicable
    • Latest School Report/s
    • Most recent Naplan results
    • Evidence of residency in the school zone (utility bill, real estate rental agreement or council rates notice)
    • Allied Health Professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist etc.) reports or assessments, if applicable
    • A non-refundable payment of $100.00 plus a credit card processing fee will be charged at enrolment

Please note that any application received without supporting documentation and payment of the application fee will not be processed.
