Multiple campuses, one community
Padua College has campuses in Mornington, Rosebud, and Tyabb forming a united school community. Our campus structure comprises:
- Mornington Junior Campus (Year 7-9)
- Rosebud Junior Campus (Year 7-9)
- Tyabb Junior Campus (Year 7-9)
- Mornington Senior Campus (Year 10-12)
Our multi-campus model nurtures strong connections while uniting students as one College community. Every student belongs to a House community, a consistent, close-knit group that grows with them, ensuring every student is seen, supported, and celebrated throughout their time at Padua College.
Inspiring spaces for student growth
Padua College has undertaken significant developments to better address the evolving educational needs of students. Through the Campus Masterplan, the College is ensuring that its facilities align with contemporary teaching practices, effectively supporting the implementation of its Learning and Teaching Framework and fostering an environment conducive to student growth and achievement.
The Coolock Learning Centre, which opened in 2024 for Years 7 and 8, provides a modern, engaging environment for junior students at the Mornington Campus. Featuring flexible classrooms, ample green spaces, a central atrium, and a loggia for sheltered play, the centre supports contemporary learning. Its facilities include administration and leadership offices, Science and STEM rooms, a Learning Enhancement Hub, student amenities, and 18 classrooms, creating a comprehensive space that fosters academic and personal growth.
The St Clare Performing Arts Centre, opened in 2022, is a contemporary, multipurpose facility that supports Padua College’s vibrant Performing Arts Department and engages the wider local community. The centre features three dedicated studios for music, dance, and drama, alongside a spectacular double-volume theatre with seating for over 350 patrons. Complementing these indoor spaces, outdoor performance areas on the eastern deck and bleachers overlooking the oval provide versatile venues for a wide range of artistic performances and community events.
The Whyte Senior Learning Centre, constructed in 2019, enables a comprehensive Year 10–12 Senior Program, offering an expanded range of subjects and providing Year 10 students with the opportunity to undertake a three-year Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or VCE Vocational Major program. This facility supports a focused and enriching senior learning environment tailored to student aspirations and academic pathways.
Each of the Year 7–9 campuses at Mornington, Rosebud, and Tyabb have been enhanced with a multi-purpose sports canopy, providing covered outdoor spaces that support a range of physical education activities, recreational use, and school events throughout the year.
Chapels at each campus offer serene spaces for reflection and regular Eucharistic and liturgical celebrations. Well-maintained facilities, including sporting grounds enhanced by natural bush and wetland areas, complement the College’s commitment to excellence.
Across all campuses, modern facilities and resources support comprehensive learning, student development, and engagement in both academic and co-curricular pursuits.
