Year 7 Music Information Evening

On Tuesday 17 March the Mornington Music Department will present the Year 7 Music Information Evening. This is for all Mornington students who are interested in learning a concert band or stringed instrument (trumpet, sax, clarinet, flute, percussion, bass guitar, trombone, euphonium, tuba, French horn, Oboe, violin, viola, cello etc.) as part of our FREE Year 7 Instrumental Music Tuition Program.

The night will run from 6.30pm until approximately 8pm in the Ursula Frayne Centre. Students will be given the chance to try different instruments and music staff will be on hand to provide support, advice and demonstrations. The Symphonic Wind Band will also perform a couple of pieces. Musicorp will also be represented to talk to parents about instrument hire, hire/buy and purchase.
