Young Women's Trade Fit Expo

On Thursday 11 May we went to the Young Women's Trade Fit expo at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

There were over 90 different stands with a variety of different trades to look at and gather information from, which ranged from aviation to construction and building, to electricians and plumbing, and lots more.

We also had the chance to sit and listen to some inspiring women in the workforce that came to motivate young women to join them and to not be intimidated by the stereotypes. There were also a lot of handouts telling you about the different branches of careers you could pursue in the future or even starting while in school for work experience also with the bonus of freebies :).

A big Thank you to Ms Stipic and Mrs Delgrosso for taking us and giving us this opportunity it was heaps of fun and well worth it.
