On Wednesday 14 October we gathered to farewell and congratulate the Class of 2026 on the completion of their secondary education, as is the tradition at Padua College. We acknowledged the achievements of students within this cohort who have demonstrated excellence in their academic studies, sporting endeavours and in the performing arts and global citizenship. Our College Captains and Vice Captains shared moving reflections on the journey and friendships made over the past six years, and expressed their thanks to families and College staff for support.
Our Music in the Spirit Class celebrated the final Year 12 assembly with a ‘cheeky’ rendition of the College song, much to the delight of the students. As our Class of 2026 members embark on apprenticeships, work or preparation for their final exams, we commend them for their perseverance and commitment in working toward their goals, and we wish them all the best.

Principal's General Excellence Award
The Principal’s General Excellence Award is presented to a Year 12 student who demonstrates outstanding commitment to school life across a broad range of areas. While it does not recognise the top performer in any single field, it celebrates the student who best embodies the qualities of an exceptional all-rounder. We congratulate the following Year 12 students who were nominated for this prestigious award: Charlee Dornom, Harper Nardone, Abby Richards, Chloe Sayers, Jasper Tourbier, Charlie Waugh. The Principal’s General Excellence Award is to be announced at the Valedictory Celebration on Thursday 19 November 2026.
