The All Schools Cross Country (XC) Championships were held on Saturday 20 June at Bundoora Park, with a dedicated team of Padua College students proudly representing the College across a range of age groups and race distances.

Competing against some of Victoria’s strongest XC runners, our students demonstrated outstanding determination and resilience in challenging conditions. Strong winds and wet weather made for a demanding course, but our runners embraced the challenge and performed admirably throughout the day.

A special congratulations goes to College Captain Will D (Year 12 Francis), who achieved an impressive 14th place finish in his event. Will has been a committed member of the Padua cross country team since Year 7 and continues to be an excellent ambassador for the College. He will compete again in the coming weeks as he attempts to qualify for the National Championships and we wish him every success in his pursuit.
