Teachers are supported by the Learning Leaders, the Assistant Heads of Campus (Learning and Pedagogy), Deputy Principals/Directors of Campus (Heads of Campus), and the Vice Principal (Learning and Teaching) in the development, implementation, and teaching of the curriculum.

They are also supported by the House Coordinators, Assistant Heads of Campus (Student Wellbeing and Growth), the Deputy Principals/Directors of Campus (Heads of Campus) and the Vice Principal – Students, in the pastoral care and discipline of students, as well as the smooth and effective management of classes.

SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $79,589.00 - $118,063.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

Casual

2026 Exam Supervisors

Padua College are looking to employ Exam Supervisors for the General Achievement Test Practice on 7 May 2026, the General Achievement Test on 16 June 2026, and the VCE Exam period from 26 October – 18 November 2026 inclusive.

There will also be a Training Day for Exam Supervisors on 16 April 2026.

Exam Supervisors must not be related to, associated with or be tutoring any student undertaking a Unit 3/4 Subject (Year 12 subject) at the College in 2025. Additionally, exam supervisors are required to complete necessary documentation including obtaining an employee Working with Children Check and a Police Check.

In April, we will host a training day for all exam supervisors to review the procedures for conducting and administering VCE and GAT assessments.
