As Director of the Tyabb Campus, I bring extensive leadership experience in education across both Victoria and the United Kingdom, with a strong focus on leading initiatives that enhance student wellbeing, engagement, and academic growth. I am committed to strengthening teaching and learning practices to improve student outcomes within positive, inclusive school cultures.
I am deeply committed to both student achievement and wellbeing, with a strong belief in supporting the whole child. My approach is grounded in delivering high-quality educational outcomes while intentionally nurturing each student’s personal, social, and emotional growth.
I am passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing learning environments where every student feels a genuine sense of belonging. At the heart of my leadership is a commitment to respect, connection, and community. I value strong, authentic partnerships and work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the wider Tyabb and Mornington Peninsula community to strengthen and enrich the life of the campus and its contribution to the broader College.
As a parent, I understand the importance of young people feeling known, valued, and supported. I am committed to fostering a connected and aspirational school culture where every student is encouraged to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop a clear sense of purpose and direction in their lives.
